The podcast is GENERALLY recorded the day before the show goes live (Saturday) at 2:00PM ET, so the December 5th show will be recorded December 4th at 2:00pm ET, where "ET" indicates USA Eastern Timezone. Its important we include the ET. Assume all shows will be recorded the Saturday before the Sunday date on the Topics Page at 2:00PM ET unless I tell you otherwise.
I will let you know long before you email this email what date we will be recording on.
In most cases, that date will already be listed on the Topics Page at the top: "#26 WILL BE RECORDED SAT 12/04 2:00PM ET ON SKYPE!" Please do this task with a calendar open, and double check my dates to be sure I have not made a mistake. Double check that the Saturday listed on the page and in the email is the CORRECT DATE according to the Calendar (for example, if I accidentally listed "#26 WILL BE RECORDED SAT 12/05 2:00PM ET ON SKYPE" please change it to "#26 WILL BE RECORDED SAT 12/04 2:00PM ET ON SKYPE" for me, and let me know about my mistake.
"[DAY OF THE WEEK]" will be "Saturday" or whichever day of the week the RECORDING date falls on. "[MONTH] [DAY] and [TIME]" will be the Month of recording, the day (date) of recording, and the selected time of recording—be sure to list as 'ET.' If you are unsure about any of these, double check with me.
